You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and use Fixaro lawfully and respectfully.

Professionals must hold required licenses, deliver services as advertised, honour bookings, and comply with verification checks.

Customers must describe jobs honestly, treat professionals respectfully, and pay agreed amounts on time.

Payments are processed via our payment providers. Refund conditions are set out at booking.

Professionals may subscribe to receive leads. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled from your billing settings.

Fixaro may verify identity, business registration, and other credentials. Providing false information may result in suspension.

Reviews must reflect a genuine experience. Fake or coerced reviews are prohibited and will be removed.

No contact information in portfolio images, no promotional QR codes, no offensive, misleading, or illegal content.

Fraud, chargeback abuse, or attempts to bypass Fixaro (e.g. moving jobs off-platform) may result in permanent bans and legal action.

Only upload content you own or have the right to use. The Fixaro name, logo and platform are our intellectual property.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Fixaro is a marketplace connecting customers with independent professionals. We do not perform the services and are not liable for the outcome of work performed by professionals.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
